COURSE DESCRIPTION

Integrative Biology is an interdisciplinary field that combines knowledge from various biological disciplines to provide a comprehensive understanding of living organisms and their interactions with the environment. This course explores the fundamental principles of the life sciences, essential methodologies, and modern applications in health, biotechnology, and medicine. Core topics include zoology, botany, cell and molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, anatomy, physiology, taxonomy, and ecology. Through lectures, laboratory exercises, and research-based activities, students will develop a holistic understanding of biological systems and their relevance to real-world medical and scientific challenges.
