Theories and Foundations of Nursing Administration & Management

The course deals with the principles and foundations of Nursing Administration and Management from its conceptualization within the organizational context that includes its framework and structure, human resource, policy development and regulatory compliance, nursing care and understanding the clients as the core of its existence. It equips the student with the beginning competency of a nurse administrator to handle leadership and managerial roles in the Nursing Service and Education contribute to its development.
